Here's the situation, you're a hostage in a large office building (Die Hard I kind of deal) and the kidnappers have struck a deal with you that for every body part you cut off they'll let one person go. The question is what part to do you go for first, what parts do you renegotiate for more people to be let go, and do you consider taking your own life for the amusement of the captors in the hopes they free all the people.
The answer is you let them kill each hostage one by one hoping to get you to crack. Then after an entire office building has been slaughtered before your eyes the only thing the East Germans can do is let you go because there is nothing that will upset you and you just really want to get home to play some video games.
